• Prompt Marketplace: A platform where creators can list AI prompts for sale and buyers can purchase them for use with various AI models.
• Prompt Library: A curated collection of AI prompts across various categories and use cases.
• Community Features: User profiles, ratings, reviews, and discussion features.

1.2 Agreement Acceptance

By clicking "Agree" or using the service, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy.

2. User Obligations & Code of Conduct

2.1 Legal Compliance

You agree not to use the service for:

• Violating any applicable laws or regulations;
• Infringing upon the intellectual property rights of others;
• Interfering with the normal operation of the service (e.g., malicious data scraping, DDoS attacks);
• Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

2.2 Age Requirement

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the service;
• Minors must use the service under the supervision of a parent or guardian;
• Parents or guardians bear full responsibility for supervising a minor's use of the service.

2.3 Account Integrity

3. Prohibited Content Categories

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on the platform:

3.2 Violent and Extreme Content

• Prompts depicting graphic violence or disturbing imagery;
• Content promoting self-harm or suicide;
• Terrorism or violent extremist material.

3.3 Hate Speech and Discrimination

• Content targeting individuals based on protected characteristics;
• Hate speech or incitement to violence;
• Harassment, bullying, or intimidation.

3.4 Illegal Activities

• Instructions for drug manufacturing or distribution;
• Weapons manufacturing guides;
• Any content promoting illegal activities.

3.5 Intellectual Property Infringement

• Prompts that infringe upon copyrighted characters, logos, or trademarks;
• Brand impersonation or counterfeiting;
• Prompts that facilitate generating copyrighted material without authorization.

Important: This list is not exhaustive. We reserve the right to prohibit other types of content that violate applicable laws or community standards.

4. User Responsibility & Content Ownership

4.1 User Responsibility

• Full Responsibility: You bear full responsibility for all prompts you submit, list, or generate using the platform;
• Legal Compliance: You must ensure all content complies with applicable laws;
• Commercial Use Risk: You assume all risks associated with the commercial use of prompts obtained through the platform.

4.2 Content Ownership

• User Ownership: You retain full ownership of prompts you create and list on the platform;
• Buyer Rights: Upon purchase, buyers receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the purchased prompt for personal or commercial purposes;
• Platform Rights: We do not claim ownership of any user-generated content.

4.3 Content License to Platform

By submitting content to the service (including prompts, descriptions, preview images, and metadata), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license during the operation of the service to host, transmit, process, store, display, and otherwise use such content strictly to the extent necessary for operating and maintaining the service, including displaying it on the marketplace and promotional materials.

4.4 Seller Representations

When listing prompts for sale, sellers represent and warrant that:

• They own or have all necessary rights to the prompt;
• The prompt does not infringe upon any third-party rights;
• The prompt does not contain prohibited content as defined in Section 3;
• The prompt delivers reasonable value as described in its listing.

5. Payment & Refund Rules

5.1 Purchases

• All purchases are processed through secure payment processors;
• Upon successful payment, access to the purchased prompt is granted immediately;
• Purchased prompts are digital goods and non-transferable.

5.2 Refund Policy

• Due to the digital nature of prompts, purchases are generally non-refundable;
• Refund-eligible situations include: system errors resulting in duplicate charges, prolonged service interruption (exceeding 72 hours), or a prompt not functioning as described;
• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

5.3 Refund Process

Submit refund requests via support@huntprompts.com. We will process requests within 7 business days.

6. Dispute Resolution

6.1 Content Dispute Reporting

• Required Information: Include a description of the content, relevant evidence, and your contact information;
• Response Time: We will respond within 7 business days.

6.2 Intellectual Property Disputes

• We handle copyright complaints in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws;
• Rights holders must provide proof of ownership, specific content description, and contact details;
• We will investigate and take appropriate action within a reasonable timeframe.

6.3 Appeal Process

• Users may appeal decisions within 30 days of receiving notice;
• Appeals should include new evidence or clarifications;
• Our decision following the review represents our final internal position.

7. Disclaimer

7.1 AI Prompt Output

• Prompts available on the platform are tools for generating AI content. We do not guarantee the output quality, accuracy, or appropriateness of any AI model's response to the prompts purchased;
• We recommend that users verify that AI-generated content using prompts from the platform does not infringe upon third-party rights before publication or commercial use.

7.2 Service Availability

• We are not liable for service interruptions due to system maintenance, network failures, or government regulations;
• We are not liable for failures caused by third-party services (including AI model providers or payment processors).

7.3 Service "As Is"

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.4 Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from or related to this agreement or the service shall not exceed the amount you have actually paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim;
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

8. Termination

8.1 Breach of Terms

• If you violate these Terms, we may suspend your account and reserve the right to pursue legal remedies;
• Any promotional balances or credits in your account will be forfeited;
• Suspended accounts may not create new accounts.

8.2 Voluntary Termination

You may close your account at any time through your account settings. Upon closure, your listed prompts will be removed from the marketplace.

9. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be announced through notices on the website. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
